Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping via FedEx or USPS on all purchases over $50.00 (pre-tax) within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico has a $20 flat rate. We do not ship outside the United States.

Orders typically ship within one weekday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will ship on the next weekday.

We ship via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the delivery address. Orders generally arrive within 2–14 business days, and all shipments originate from Ohio, ZIP code 44333. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, if you provided an email address at checkout. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

During periods of inclement weather or natural disasters, our shipping partners cannot guarantee transit or delivery times.

If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email, and your payment method will be credited for the item.

Order Protection

Route shipping protection is automatically applied to all orders for a small fee at checkout. This protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen items during shipping or local pick-up.

If you do not wish to keep Route protection after your order is placed, please email us at websales@luckyshoes.com, and we will refund the fee from your order.

If you deselect Route at checkout, Lucky Shoes is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Local Pick-Up in Store

All local pick-up orders are available at our Lucky Shoes location in Fairlawn, Ohio. If you would like your order sent to another Lucky Shoes location for pickup, please contact websales@luckyshoes.com.

Orders for Local Pick-Up are typically ready within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be ready on the following weekday. If you do not wish to wait, we recommend purchasing directly in-store.

You will receive a notification from websales@luckyshoes.com when your order is ready for pickup.

Route Shipping Protection is automatically applied to all local pick-up orders. You may deselect this option at checkout. If Route is applied by mistake, it will be refunded by our web sales customer service team.
