⭐What You'll Do
This is a hands-on, active sales role - not a cashier position. You will:
- Greet every customer, every time - no exceptions
- Ask questions, listen actively, and guide customers through a full-service fitting experience
- Stay curious & continuously learn about footwear, foot health, and orthotic solutions
- Follow our selling approach to meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Help maintain a positive, professional environment
- Stay active, engaged, and present on the sales floor - no standing around
