Lucky Shoes is a family-owned and operated business. We have four Lucky Shoes stores throughout Ohio. We also own and operate eight New Balance stores, two Stride Rite stores and two Vionic stores.

We recommend having both of your feet measured at every visit. Even if you think you know your shoe size, your measurements may surprise you, as your foot size and width can change as you age. Shoe sizes vary by style and brand, as shoe sizes are not standardized. Learn more about finding your proper shoe fit, and visit us in-store to be measured.

Yes, we do! Kids outgrow their shoes quickly, so we recommend measuring their feet every visit, regardless of their age. Our fit specialists will help match their little feet to the right size and style to support healthy foot development. Shoe sizes vary by style and brand, as shoe sizes are not standardized.

Shipping & Returns

We do offer returns for items purchased directly from Stride Rite, New Balance and Vionic with the option of an exchange or in-store credit. We do not offer returns on any other items not purchased from our store locations or our website.

Yes, we carry a variety of insoles and orthotic inserts to support your feet. We also have a variety of shoes with removable foot beds to accommodate insoles and custom orthotics. Visit us in-store for a fitting.

We carry multiple brands of socks designed to support your foot health, including Feetures and Smartwool. Whether you need compression socks or athletic socks, we have a wide selection to fit your needs. Shop socks online or visit us at a store location near you.

We do carry a variety of shoes that offer comfort and support for those with diabetes; however, we do not provide medical billing for any purchases. Shop online or in-store.
