Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We are
committed to ensuring you are totally satisfied with your purchase
from Lucky Shoes… in fact, WE'RE NOT SATISFIED IF YOU'RE NOT
COMFORTABLE!
The following instructions outline the procedures for
processing a return, exchange or refund…
- A copy of your original receipt must accompany any return,
exchange or refund.
- On the copy of your receipt (use the back if additional space is
required), please provide a detailed explanation regarding the
reason for your return, exchange or refund. Please be as specific as
possible and state whether you are requesting an Exchange or
Refund.
- If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the size you
would like us to send you.
- Merchandise must be returned, unworn, within 30 days of purchase
for refund or exchange.
- Credit will be provided and/or replacement merchandise sent the
next business day the merchandise is received at Lucky Shoes. In the
case replacement merchandise is not available for next day shipping,
it will be ordered next business day and shipped when received at
our warehouse. Processing will be as follows:
- For refunds, credit will be provided for the price of the merchandise and any applicable
taxes, excluding shipping costs.
- Exchanges will be handled on an
even exchange basis… you pay the shipping back to us, we pay the
shipping for sending the replacement merchandise to you.
- If a return is due to an error or manufacturer's defect, the return
and/or exchange shipping charges will be waived.
